RENTAL PROPERTIES
The IFCA Housing Network consists of 14 street addresses, 13 in the Village of Ossining, and one in Tarrytown, New York. We offer a wide range of accommodations ranging from apartment buildings to quaint Victorian multi-family homes with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The majority of our properties are over 90 years old, with much care taken to preserve the original charm of these gracious old structures while ensuring they conform to current health and safety codes.
Our residents represent a diverse group of low- to moderate-income working families, singles, seniors, and people with disabilities. We accept Section 8 housing vouchers, as well as other housing subsidies.
In addition, IFCA manages the leasing process for other affordable buildings. You may also complete the general application below to be considered for openings at several of our properties in Ossining.
