Access the Resident Services Website
IFCA residents can do the following online by visiting the ResidentServices site:
Pay Rent
View Your Payment History
Submit Maintenance Requests
Update Your Contact Information
You can also submit Maintenance Requests by emailing info@ifcany.org
We have recently updated the Resident Services site and you will need to register (even if you were previously registered on the old resident portal) by providing your contact information and a user ID and password. The first time you visit the Resident Services site, click on the link labeled “Click here to register” which is below the orange “Sign In” button.
HOW TO PAY RENT ONLINE
You can easily pay rent online using the Resident Services site. Once your bank information is saved, you can make one-time rent payments or schedule recurring monthly payments. You also have the option to pay by credit card. To get set up, follow these simple steps:
Login to the Resident Services site
Click the “Payments” tab
Click "Enter Account Information"
You will be prompted to enter your bank routing number and account number
