IFCA Housing Network accepts applications on a rolling basis for one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for Terraces on the Hudson’s affordable units in the Village of Ossining. Conveniently nestled alongside the Hudson River, residents also have unrestricted access to the surrounding landscape.

To qualify, your annual gross income must not exceed Westchester County's 80% AMI. Max two-person occupancy for one-bedroom units and four-person for two-bedroom units.
