WHO WE ARE
IFCA Housing Network is a not for profit 501 (c) (3) agency in Ossining, New York.
We are a Neighborhood Preservation Company and a Community Housing
Development Organization. We rent affordable apartments to people living on
low and moderate incomes and provide vital community services to over
5,000 people annually.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
IFCA owns and/or manages 111 affordable apartments in Ossining, Tarrytown and
Croton-on-Hudson, New York, making it a community leader in the ownership,
rehabilitation and management of affordable/workforce housing.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Since inception, IFCA has been a catalyst in spearheading innovative programs
that serve the neediest in the community, including a free tax preparation service
for low-wage taxpayers.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
IFCA's professional staff provides a broad array of property management services,
from expert maintenance and repair work to skilled accounts payable and
financial reporting.
