IFCA - Meeting the Challenge of Affordable Housing Since 1968
"The common denominator for any one of us is the need for a safe, decent and affordable place to live. This is a most basic human right. The core of IFCA's mission is to respond to this most basic need."
Marlene Cheatham, IFCA Board Chair
IFCA is committed to providing quality housing at affordable prices so that people who work and contribute to our communities can afford to live in them.
IFCA provides a number of programs to help people strengthen their financial self reliance to provide the resources, stability and security needed to maintain a home and quality of life.
IFCA's Thrift Shop, the Spring Street Exchange, provides low cost new and gently used clothing and housewares for sale to the community. It is also a job training program that teaches students about retail businesses.
The store is currently closed for renovations. Please check back for grand re-opening.
