Become A Member
IFCA relies on its membership to sustain its existing programs and support new programs and services. There are three levels of Membership with renewable annual dues.
MEMBER AT LARGE $25.00
Receives all announcements, mailings and newsletter, and an invitation to the Annual Meeting.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER $50.00
Receives all of the above plus a Membership Kit and discounts to IFCA-sponsored events.
VOTING MEMBER $75.00
Receives all of the above plus full voting privileges at the Annual Meeting and access to “Members Only” area on the web site.
To become a member today, send an e-mail to info@ifcany.org with “Membership” in the subject line. Include your name and address in the e-mail, along with your telephone number, and we will mail information and a Membership sign-up form.

Join A Committee
IFCA is presently seeking volunteers to join the following active Committees:
- Housing Development & Asset Management
- Fundraising & Public Relations
- Public Issues & Advocacy
- Social Services, including Children’s Services

info@ifcany.org with “Committee” in the subject line. Provide us with your name, address and telephone number and the appropriate Committee chairperson will contact you.
Volunteer
Among other things, IFCA volunteers help paint houses, do yard work, assist with the children’s annual Holiday Party, perform office tasks, and sort donations of clothing and house wares. We’d love to have you join us! Tell us your special talent and we’ll see what project may best suit your skills or interest. Send an e-mail to info@ifcany.org with “Volunteer” in the subject line. Include your name, address, and telephone number and the appropriate staff member will contact you.

W e would love to keep you up-to-date about the latest in affordable/workforce housing issues and our ongoing programs, services, and events.
