Located on the corner of Spring Street and Broad Avenue in Ossining, the shop will offer new and recycled clothing and household items at very reasonable prices. June 23, 2008 6pm – 7pm Credit Workshop: The 5 Steps to Securing a Good Credit Score. Presented by IFCA’s VITA Program, Tom McArdle, Presenter. Most of us will need to borrow money at some time in our lives; either for a home, car or education. However, many people don’t know how the credit system works. In this seminar we will discuss how credit scores are developed and what steps an individual can take to improve his/her score. June 24, 2008 6pm – 7pm Bed Bug Workshop: Bed Bugs - The Good, the Bad, and the Very Ugly. Presented by Bill Ayres, Garrie Pest Control. You have probably seen news reports or heard personal accounts of bed bug infestations. This is growing problem in many communities across the country. Although Ossining has been spared from significant problems, as a preventive measure we invite you to a workshop designed to educate the renter and homeowner about bed bugs.
